These terms govern the use of the Kalathur Gardens website and the booking of our venue facilities. By submitting an enquiry or proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms.
Informational Purpose
All content on this website — including venue descriptions, capacity figures, package outlines, and pricing indications — is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change without prior notice.
Bookings & Confirmations
Submitting an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. A date is reserved only upon execution of a formal booking agreement and receipt of the agreed advance deposit.
Pricing
All package rates are customised based on the selected date, hall configuration, guest count, and catering or décor requirements. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the formal agreement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in the individual booking agreement. In general, advance deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Permitted Use
All events must comply with applicable local municipal regulations, permitted capacity limits, and noise guidelines. The venue management reserves the right to enforce compliance during the event.
Third-Party Services
Catering and stage décor under the Coordinated Package are provided by verified third-party partners. Kalathur Gardens facilitates coordination but is not directly liable for third-party service quality beyond what is specified in the booking agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Kalathur Gardens and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
